They will also possess strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across diverse business units and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead squads and steer them towards achieving strategic goals.
  • Define and own delivery milestones, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
  • Drive automation and integration initiatives, leveraging your expertise in decommissioning frameworks and platform onboarding.
  • Guide teams through complex environments and defect triage processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement lean governance frameworks and scalable processes that empower teams to move fast and deliver consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with decommissioning frameworks, BAU operations, and platform onboarding.
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable solutions and driving automation and integration initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across diverse business units and technical teams.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership capabilities, including workforce planning, budgeting, and coaching agile practices within delivery squads.
  • Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
