Lead & Grow Counselling Services Across North Queensland

Centacare North Queensland is seeking a full-time Manager to oversee our Family and Community Counselling Service (FCCS) and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

This is a strategic leadership role where you'll manage a multidisciplinary team, strengthen partnerships, and ensure high-quality service delivery to individuals, families, and businesses across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a high-performing counselling & EAP team
- Drive business development and manage service contracts
- Build strong relationships with employers, community partners & networks
- Ensure quality, compliance & continuous improvement across services
- Oversee critical incident response and regional service support

What You'll Bring

- Tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling, or social work
- Leadership experience in counselling, EAP, or social services
- Strong stakeholder engagement & communication skills
- Knowledge of government funding contracts & reporting
- Willingness to travel to regional sites (e.g., Mount Isa, Mackay, Charters Towers)
