Job Title: Executive Assistant

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Sodexo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Management Team, including email management, calendar organization, and travel coordination.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports, presentations, and other materials for executive-level meetings and presentations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and office functions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Assist with legal, licensing, and tender documentation, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level proficiency in Adobe Products, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent language proficiency, with exemplary writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
