Job Description
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and target potential business opportunities in the data centre market.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with data centre consultants, developers, partners, and end-users.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Account Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical, product, and support teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in the data centre or related industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Network: Existing relationships within the data centre consultancy, development, or ownership space is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as required.
