As part of a shared financial and performance responsibility with other Business Leaders, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company in the ACT Region.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Business Centre Operations Leader to develop annual business plans and budgets
- Drive continuous improvement and effective management of operational areas within your region, ensuring optimal resource utilization and overhead control
- Achieve net revenue, gross margin, G&A, operating income, and backlog targets from within your region and collectively across the Business Centre
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing plans to enhance underperforming operations within your region
- Partner with Business Leaders to promote collaboration and work sharing across the Business Centre, meeting overall utilisation targets
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 per annum, based on experience
