We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Australian Venue Co. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the development and implementation of customer-facing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer-facing strategies to drive customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the venue manager to achieve business objectives
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to develop and implement customer-facing strategies
- Knowledge of TAB and wagering regulations
- Certified RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Managers license
