  • Demonstrated and proven human resources partnering experience (experience within a service industry is advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, employee relations and WHS legislation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or another relevant field, with demonstrable experience within Human Resources
  • Experience coaching and developing leaders to be at their best

A seasoned human resources professional with a strong understanding of employment legislation and proven experience in partnering with leaders at all levels. You will demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.
