Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our core product team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can quickly bring clarity and focus to a fast-moving team.

The Position

This senior individual contributor role sits at the heart of the business, shaping the entire digital experience across web and mobile - from acquisition through to customer account management and beyond. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining, testing, and delivering solutions that create real value for customers while setting the groundwork for the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a high-impact product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Transform big, ambiguous problem spaces into clear, testable opportunities.
  • Use data and customer insights to shape decisions and prioritise effectively.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and data to experiment rapidly and reduce time to insight.
  • Balance short-term execution with laying the foundations for future growth.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Senior Product Manager in a high-growth environment, ideally in direct-to-consumer or subscription-based products.
  • Proven ability to bring focus and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with engineering, data, and design.
  • Pragmatic, fast-moving, and comfortable making smart trade-offs to protect speed and value delivery.
  • Curious about the intersection of physical and digital products and how they work together to create great customer experiences.
