Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Experience Leader to drive success by creating captivating experiences for our customers. This is a hybrid role based out of our Surry Hills office, where you will lead a high-performing team to deliver digital innovation.

You will be the driving force behind our online success, increasing digital traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rate by delivering amazing digital experiences and content across our web and app platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the world of digital and e-commerce, working with a global business that offers endless career possibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10+ years eCom experience in a high trading, large retail business
  • Expertise in eCom trading (automated, data-driven, dynamic, always-on digital merchandising), SEO, UX, CRO, and content
  • Previous experience leading large teams (direct and cross-functional)
  • Previous experience as a known and trusted business partner working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
