Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and operation of our digital presence platform. This platform plays a crucial role in safeguarding customer data and ensuring seamless digital experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee product strategy, engineering, and operations of the digital presence platform.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and improve their experience.
  • Drive adoption of modern secure practices across digital applications and APIs.
  • Analyze opportunities to simplify processes and enhance value through automation and modern technologies.
  • Apply a product mindset to platform evolution, balancing stakeholder needs, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration with senior leaders to align on priorities and outcomes.
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Lead, or Principal Engineer.
  • Strong technical proficiency in APIs, WAFs, API Gateways, and secure engineering practices.
  • Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and ability to communicate security considerations clearly.
  • A passion for product thinking, focusing on building sustainable, scalable, and secure platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
