The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the state's environment and cultural heritage through various projects and activities.
A key aspect of this job is to ensure the conservation of our natural and cultural assets, promoting environmental stewardship and sustainable practices.
In addition to project management, the role involves visitor liaison, field-based activities, and other related duties.
About YouWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for conservation and teamwork. A relevant degree and Australian Class C Drivers licence are essential requirements.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team. Prior certification in firefighting or incident control may also be beneficial.
Requirements- A degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, ecology, or a related discipline.
- A current Australian Class C Drivers licence and ability to operate four-wheel-drive vehicles.
- Prior experience in conservation, wildlife management, or a related field is advantageous.
