ERP Implementation Specialist: Dynamics 365 Business Central Expertise

As a seasoned ERP implementation specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of Dynamics 365 Business Central. With a strong background in functional consulting and technical expertise, you will be responsible for leading discovery sessions, documenting business process flows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business requirement gathering and documentation using established best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive functional specifications and business process flows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, both on-premises and in the cloud, leveraging knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Facilitate integration between Business Central and other applications, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Marketing.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 2 years specifically in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
