Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 Business Central
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 Business Central. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to analyze their business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and document detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and support to clients' end-users on the use of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices within the client's organization.
- Assist in the development of business cases and proposals for new projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV or similar ERP systems.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects from initiation to go-live.
- Strong understanding of finance, inventory, manufacturing, and job management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
