We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Microsoft D365 Business Central Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate should have extensive functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central modules and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support services.
The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of the Dynamics 365 Business Central. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out scope and analysis sessions with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions.
- Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client needs.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for clients on system functionalities.
- Performing data migration, end-user training, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Staying updated on the latest Dynamics Business Central features, best practices, and industry trends.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
