Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our mature and rapidly growing team. This hybrid role will require you in the office no less than one day per week with occasional face-to-face client meetings and some interstate travel.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to gather business requirements and understand client processes.
  • Document functional specifications and business process flows clearly with suggestions on best practices and solution alternatives.
  • Understand Waterfall and Agile methodologies to manage project tasks, track progress, and collaborate with other team members using Azure DevOps.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, obtaining sign-off at each implementation stage, including requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live.
  • Coordinate with Practice Managers and Leads for resource planning, forecasting, and task assignment to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Understand and facilitate integration between Business Central and other applications including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team, project managers, and stakeholders to prioritise and align project tasks for effective delivery.
  • Stay updated on Dynamics 365 Business Central releases and partner ISV solutions, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.
  • Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central's capabilities to potential clients.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience with at least 2 years specifically in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related areas are preferred.
