About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you will guide candidates through course options and enrolment procedures. This involves encouraging potential students to take advantage of new career opportunities within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to enquiries from prospective students via phone/email and maintain timely communication
  • Develop positive relationships with course enquirers and encourage enrolment using a consultative approach
  • Meet customer (student) needs while achieving performance targets
  • Maintain course enquirer records in the CRM System
About You

We seek a passionate and enthusiastic individual who inspires students about the career opportunities in their chosen program. Ideal candidates have:

  • Previous experience in a course advisory role or equivalent sales-based positions
  • Experience in student services or telephone-based roles within an education provider
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience in utilising CRM systems to manage external client relationships
