Parts Advisor

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Mildura.
About the RoleAs a leading Caterpillar Dealer with almost 100 years of experience, you will provide exceptional service to customers ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about their parts needs.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering career growth and development opportunities.
- You will deal with front counter enquiries, locate Cat parts for customers and technicians, and follow up on outstanding jobs related to parts inquiries and customer concerns.
- You will also be responsible for system-based parts interpretation using digital and print resources, as well as performing parts warehousing tasks.
- In addition, you will assist with display areas and stock cleanliness, and ensure adherence to accounts receivable processes.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Mechanical knowledge and a background in earthmoving and/or automotive is preferable.
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Experience working on different kinds of systems/databases.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
