Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to trade customers using your automotive & mechanical knowledge.
  • Offer front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to customers regarding technical & sales enquiries.
  • Lead a team of drivers & parts interpreters, focusing on coaching & development.
  • Coordinate driver delivery schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Have a safety-first mindset & always strive to provide a safe work environment.
  • Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time.
  • Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure store success.
