In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing CRM journeys that address the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to inform CRM decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Managing supplier relationships to drive innovative campaigns and ensure speed to market.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 3+ years experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Business/Marketing degree and/or similar tertiary qualifications.
  • Adobe or Salesforce experience highly desirable.
  • Financial services background highly regarded.
