Shangri-La Cairns, a luxury five-star hotel located on the picturesque waterfront of Cairns, is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our Information Technology Department.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our IT systems, including software, hardware, and network infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on improving the utilization of these systems through liaison with management and monitoring of data input and output, ultimately enhancing our customer service.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional who can provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to drive business growth and efficiency. If you have a strong background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT management role, a degree qualification in Information Systems, and excellent communication skills in reading and writing. Experience with hotel computer systems and an understanding of workplace practices in Occupational Health and Safety are also essential.
