Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Country Manager to lead our sales strategy across Australia.

This key leadership role offers a chance to shape our national business unit, develop a high-performing team, and foster strong relationships with local stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing the company's daily activities, representing the organisation on all legal aspects, growing the business, ensuring client satisfaction, communicating with partners/stakeholders regularly, managing and evaluating the country team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Plan, organise, direct, and control overall activities.
  • Country Strategy: Define the Country strategy and plan its execution in accordance with the Group strategy.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and drive the sales strategy to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
  • Organisational Structure: Determine optimal organisational structure to achieve business strategies and allocation of people resources and responsibilities within the division.
  • Staff Motivation: Motivate and develop staff.
  • Operations Management: Oversee operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local regulations, manage legal issues, and ensure the safety of employees and assets.
  • Financial Management: Manage P&L and ensure financial objectives are met.
