Product Strategist

The Product Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping the core product that supports small and medium businesses with working capital needs.

This role works across design, credit, operations, and go-to-market teams to drive growth, adoption, and performance with a clear focus on customer and business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolving the roadmap for our Trade Finance product.
  • Driving product growth, adoption, and performance with a clear focus on customer and business value.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives that optimize pricing, operations, and unit economics.
  • Collaborating with our credit team to improve policy and risk processes that support product expansion.
  • Partnering with sales, marketing, and design to ensure strong product-market fit and a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintaining and updating legal, technical, and training materials to reflect product changes.
  • Identifying new customer segments and use cases to expand product access.
  • Monitoring performance and risk indicators and leading responses to incidents or escalations.
  • Contributing to strategic decisions that shape the customer lifecycle and overall product strategy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in product management, ideally in fintech, lending, or B2B payments.
  • A track record of delivering customer-centric, commercially successful products.
  • Comfort working with credit policy, risk frameworks, and compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with SME lending or working capital solutions (a bonus).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Confidence in balancing priorities and collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
  • A learning mindset - you ask questions, seek feedback, and stay open to new perspectives.
