We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Management Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Macquarie's capital, funding and liquidity position, advising senior management on balance sheet capacity, cost, risk and return, and supporting the Chief Financial Officer and the Asset and Liability Committee on strategic issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in capital management and partner with various businesses to forecast requirements across multiple capital frameworks
  • Lead capital projects and deliverables to inform the strategic direction of the Group's capital position and execute capital actions to senior management
  • Contribute to the development of policies and practices shaping the outcome of Macquarie's business activities

The ideal candidate has experience working with bank capital in a dynamic environment, a strong analytical mind, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
