Role Overview
  • Customer Service: Greet and check in customers upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Phone Management: Handle large volumes of incoming phone calls per day with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Booking Management: Utilize computer systems to manage customer bookings and workshop schedules.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn about products and use website to generate general quotes.
  • Digital Communication: Respond and provide updates to customers via messaging platform.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Daily reconciliation of till balances
    • Processing and filing purchase orders
    • Scanning invoices, internal filing and record-keeping
