Light Vehicle Apprentice

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Light Vehicle Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry while completing your Certificate III in Light Vehicle.

Tactile Learning is a family-run Registered Training Organisation with over 30 years of expertise in providing accredited training solutions for the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will be working in a small team environment, completing tasks efficiently and effectively, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Servicing and maintaining vehicles to meet manufacturer requirements
  • Planning jobs for maximum efficiency
  • Repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with technical specifications
  • Identifying and repairing technical issues
  • Ordering parts as required from the Parts Department
  • Completing quality and timely work to meet customer needs

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Australian Work Rights
  • A valid Australian Manual Driver Licence
  • An exceptional quality of workmanship, reliability, and efficiency
  • Great attention to detail
  • A positive attitude towards work and learning

This role involves working collaboratively as part of a team, completing tasks efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
