Job Opportunity: Automotive Industry Role

This role offers a fantastic chance to begin your career in the automotive industry or build upon existing dealership experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administration duties related to stock control and sales.
  • Provide efficient support to management regarding vehicle follow-up, reports, and stock requirements.
  • Promptly complete dealer swaps and registration processes of vehicles.
  • Registration of vehicles (training provided).
  • Data maintenance for the Sales Department across multiple computer platforms.
  • Processing internal paperwork concerning deliveries.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask with ease. You will possess a positive work ethic, excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail.

You will be highly confident with computers and have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Prior experience within an automotive dealership (particularly vehicle registrations) and/or a Business Administration qualification will be viewed favorably.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
