Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Liaison to interpret Genuine and aftermarket accessories for our Internal Sales teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain average gross profits in accordance with dealership policy.
  • Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure stock required for workshop special orders is paid for in advance and actioned immediately.
Requirements
  • Well-developed communication and questioning skills.
  • Previous interpreting experience.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Basic phone manners.
  • Some technical knowledge of vehicles.
