Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' public law or litigation experience, preferably working within or for the Commonwealth government.
  • Demonstrated capability to work through complex legal issues.
  • Restricted (minimum) Australian practising certificate.

Working in Commonwealth Departments often requires an Australian Security Clearance and is desirable, or you have the ability to obtain one.
