**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our Wills/Estates Law team as the valued right-hand assistant to a Senior Associate and Partner. In this full-spectrum role, you will be intimately involved in all aspects of wills/estates planning, asset planning, trusts, probate issues, and contested wills disputes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Liaise directly with clients, barristers, solicitors, and third parties;
  • Manage day-to-day client file administration;
  • Prepare and type basic wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents;
  • Prepare briefs for barristers and manage diaries;
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects and general administration;
  • Assist with billing and trust accounts;

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a secretary or paralegal in Wills/Estates Law;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and typing speed over 60wpm;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to multitask and think critically.
