About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Estate Planning Lawyer to join our team at Empire Group. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on estate planning and administration matters to high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months to 5 years post-admission experience in the wills and estates space, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on estate planning and administration matters to high net worth individuals;
  • Draft and review complex estate planning documents, including wills and powers of attorney;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting the wills and estates sector.
Requirements
  • At least 18 months to 5 years post-admission experience in the wills and estates space;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a collaborative environment;
  • Strong drafting and technical skills, with ability to draft complex estate planning documents;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
  • Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment.
