The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of an 86-place child care centre, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance.
- Manage a team to deliver exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- Foster strong relationships with families and build a sense of community and trust.
- Collaborate with directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals.
- Ensure staffing, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
- Leadership experience within an early learning setting.
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and A&R preparation.
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Competitive hourly rates: $45.53 – $51.16 based on level and experience.
