Job Description

This role involves working with families to understand the impact of developmental delays or disabilities on children aged 0-9. You will identify the most appropriate pathway of supports, whether it's access to early interventions or assistance with applying for government programs.

You will also support families in connecting with local services such as community health centers, playgroups, childcare, and education options. Your goal is to help families achieve their goals and priorities for their child.

In this role, you will work closely with families to implement their child's individualized plans and find service providers that meet their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.
  • An understanding of the importance of personalized approaches to supporting children and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Moderate report writing and IT skills, including database management.
