As an Offshore Accounting Professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations and ensuring accurate financial records.

You will work remotely as a key member of our accounting function, collaborating with our Sydney-based team using digital communication tools.

This position requires proficiency in MYOB, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, Excel, and desirable experience with Xero.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accountant to join our remote offshore team. As a key part of our accounting function, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Performing bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial profit and loss statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using MYOB and Excel.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MYOB and knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
