Remote Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to manage the entire accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, follow-up, and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Analyze accounts receivable data and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
