About the Opportunity


Mulpha Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance and Facilities professional to join the team at Swing City, a multi-million-dollar entertainment and hospitality destination.


This is a casual role offering 20-30 hours per week, working closely with the full-time Facilities Manager to ensure a safe operating environment for staff and guests.


The successful candidate will have experience servicing and maintaining plant equipment in a safe and timely manner, with the ability to work flexibly across weekends.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist with day-to-day maintenance of the venue, including plant and equipment.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance across the venue's assets.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure technical issues are rectified in a timely manner.
  • Maintain WH&S rules and regulations, ensuring a safe venue for colleagues and guests.
  • Provide supervision and coordination of site contractors.
  • Implement policies and procedures effectively.

About You



  • Significant experience in maintenance and general handyperson roles.
  • Experience working across multi-faceted venues with varying equipment and technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with third-party suppliers.
  • Trade qualification in a technical discipline desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work across the venue's open hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
