Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our team at Collibra.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of customer success, SaaS account management, and solution implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving adoption, identifying/remediating risk, and delivering business value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to build and execute customer success plans, educate customers on Collibra best practices, drive adoption and growth.
  • Identify critical needs of customers and map appropriate resources cross-functionally including product management, education, support, professional services, coaching, and partners.
  • Lead business reviews and complex workshops with customers, driving executive engagement to gain sponsorship for Collibra.
  • Quantify and communicate business value of Collibra to customer executives.
  • Lead internal projects to improve, scale, and evangelize the customer success function within Collibra.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders to provide input into account planning and proactively identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience managing large enterprise SaaS accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and identifying/remediating risk with the goal to drive renewal, cross-sell, and up-sell.
  • Experience supporting a high volume of accounts, identifying gaps, and improving adoption.
  • Experience carrying and achieving quota.
  • Worked in a non-traditional office environment with virtual teams and remote work.
