Project Governance and Planning Expert

The role of Project Governance and Planning Expert will be pivotal in ensuring the success of an organisation's project portfolio.
You will work closely with business leaders and the Portfolio Governance Committee to support the development, maturation and implementation of project governance, planning, and assurance frameworks that align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve consistency and transparency in project decision-making and prioritisation through defined stage gates.
- Lead resource demand planning and reporting to ensure capacity is aligned to organisation-wide portfolio delivery.
- Responsible for portfolio, program, and project reporting, ensuring accurate, timely and consistent status updates in alignment with governance frameworks.
- Work with stakeholders to develop a multi-year strategic approach to project investment planning.
- Monitor and report on project lessons learned to reduce risks and prevent repeat issues.
This position will also involve managing the benefits framework and reporting on value delivered to the business at agreed intervals to the Project Governance Committee.
