Program Governance Specialist

Job Description:

  • Assist in developing project governance solutions and processes to ensure smooth operation of projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external monitoring and reporting of project activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.
  • Identify, analyze, and monitor program and project risks and issues to minimize their impact.
  • Perform quality assurance on projects, including gate reviews and documentation, to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage the administration and maintenance of PMO's web resources, including Project HQ.
  • Provide support for project and program management boards, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.
  • Assist in standups, yarning spaces, and other relevant forums, including managing associated Planner boards.
  • Foster relationships through collaborative communication and feedback mechanisms.
