We are seeking highly motivated Sales Professionals to work on a casual basis in our Bondi store.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • a strong customer service focus with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • high levels of motivation and proactivity
  • integrity and a commitment to upholding high standards
  • effective communication skills, applicable across all levels
  • composure under pressure and the ability to remain composed in stressful situations
  • a determination to succeed and achieve results
  • attention to detail and a hands-on approach
  • at least two years' experience working with a high-volume, disciplined retailer
  • strong merchandising skills and the ability to effectively showcase products
  • a genuine passion for animal welfare and care

Candidates must be reliable, committed to meeting high standards, and willing to adapt to varying working days and hours. Additionally, they should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

A key aspect of this role may involve lifting heavy items, such as bags of dog food.

We are seeking individuals who are eager to grow with the business and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Prior experience within the pet industry is desirable but not essential.
