
Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a People and Culture Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, ensuring their needs are met, and that they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed in their roles. This includes coordinating recruitment processes, supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate management, interviews, and reference checks.
Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, including inductions, documentation, and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees.
Assist with payroll, leave management, performance tracking, and HR reporting.
Ensure workplace health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and injury claim management.
Promote safety awareness and support WHS programs.
Support training programs, maintain training records, and assist with learning initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Able to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards.
