Job Opportunity:

A seasoned HR professional is sought to provide business partnering support to local leaders and teams, independently collaborating with remote management in a dynamic global organization.

This role offers the chance to drive HR initiatives, develop policies, and manage the full HR spectrum from manpower planning to exit management, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and legislation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering, a degree in Human Resource or Business Administration, and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to local leaders and teams.
  • Establish strong relationships with local stakeholders and employees.
  • Develop, implement and maintain Country HR policies and processes.
  • Manage the entire HR lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, talent development, and exit management.
  • Supervise office administrative matters such as asset management and expenditure control.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of relevant HR business partnering experience.
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • Expertise in local employment laws and legislation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
