Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the full recruitment and selection process, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing exceptional HR administrative support.

This involves coordinating with various stakeholders to fill open positions, managing employee data, and handling general HR-related tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Provide expert HR administrative support
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Human Resources role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Calm and solution-focused, with a high level of resilience
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
