  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with scheduling interviews and conducting pre-employment checks.
  • Coordinating employees' probation and performance reviews.
  • Scheduling trainings such as First Aid and construction tickets. Maintain record of employees' qualifications.
  • Driving employee's engagement initiatives. Organising employees' functions and delivering monthly presentation with company updates.
  • Generating and updating reports as required.
  • Assisting the Human Resources team with general admin tasks.

  • This is a part-time position working 3 days / 24 hours per week. Mondays and Fridays are fixed, while the third day is flexible.
  • The hours of work are from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
  • The role is based in our head office in Milsons Point, across the road from Milsons Point train station.
  • We offer training, support, and opportunities to grow within the business.
  • Monthly employees' functions with free food and drinks.
  • Discounted cinema tickets and online shopping.
  • Employee Assistance Program available to all employees.
  • Social, supportive, and friendly environment.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • A qualification in Human Resources or studying towards a qualification.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role in a large-scale organisation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Canva.
  • Confident with public speaking.
  • Must have strong high attention to details.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
