Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations professional to lead our client\u2019s small Treasury Operations team as a Senior Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing back-office administration, processing, settlement, reporting, and supporting services to the Treasury Department, as well as managing the Treasury Administration team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling of ISDA and Swaps Agreements.
  • Verification and authorization of documentation relating to all funding facilities and financial instruments.
  • Preparation of monthly reports on borrowings, including Swaps, ECP, EMTN, Break Date, and M-T-M Revaluation.
  • Review and preparation of daily cashflow forecasts for Treasury and Reserve accounts, verification of daily transactions, confirmation, and settlement letters against Daily Deal Worksheets and system entries.
  • Administration of remitting and receiving funds in relation to all funding-related activities and investments.
  • Verification and preparation of payments for settlement of all Treasury transactions, ensuring timely payments.
  • Monitoring of incoming funds for receipt of outstanding loan repayment and various fees.
  • Liaison with local and offshore counterparties and Agencies regarding settlement of transactions and investigation of outstanding payments and confirmations.
  • Assistance in implementing internal controls, review, and maintenance of the procedure manual in line with operation and system changes.
  • Supervision of Treasury Administration team members, setting goals for achievement and further development.
  • Effective leadership of Treasury Administration, including performance management, internal team communication, and activity prioritization, resource management, coaching, and mentoring.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
  • Extensive knowledge and ideally 4-10 years of experience in financial institutions, especially in the Treasury middle and back-office area.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment and take accountability.
  • Ability to use computer systems to enhance work productivity, with expertise in the use of spreadsheets and databases.
