About the Role
As a Pay and Timekeeping Experience Officer at Treasury Wine Estates, you will be the first point of contact and support for our frontline People Leaders, providing expert guidance and solutions to timekeeping and payroll queries.
This role requires a unique blend of employee experience and systems knowledge, with a focus on building relationships with Operational Leaders and embedding new processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with Operational Leaders, providing guidance and support on time and attendance and payroll issues.
- Collaborate with the Systems and HRIS team to develop and implement new processes and ways of working.
- Manage employee experience through liaison with HRBP's, HR Assist, and the Payroll team.
- Provide reporting insights on timekeeping and local pay-related processes to inform targeted action plans.
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent Time and Attendance systems knowledge and a focus on employee experience. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions or other payroll and Time and Attendance systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in case management and data delivery.
- Ability to juggle multiple stakeholder needs and organize workflow while maintaining a positive employee experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites programming (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
