Front Desk Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to provide exceptional patient care and support. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing appointments, taking payments, and handling patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with staff members
- Take payments and process transactions accurately
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and files as required
- Provide administrative support to the medical team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical reception role (preferred)
- Knowledge of blood pressure monitoring (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
