Assetlink Village Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage village operations in remote locations.

The Role

This key onsite position involves managing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Current C Class WA Driver's Licence
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Experience managing village operations in remote or mining environments, including FIFO roster management, logistics coordination, and resource planning.
  • Catering service management in industrial kitchen settings, ensuring HACCP principles, FSANZ food safety standards, and audit readiness are met.
  • Mine site cleaning requirements, infection control practices, WHS legislation, and mine site safety protocols must be upheld.
  • Decision-making and sound judgment across operational and personnel matters, including toolbox talks, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Budget oversight, stock ordering, and cost management, as well as invoicing, payroll/timesheet reconciliation, and cost reporting.
  • SAP, MEX, or consumables and asset management tools should be proficiently used.
  • Documentation skills, including incident reports and compliance tracking, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
