**The Role**

As Third In Charge at our Adelaide store, you will support the management team in successfully running the store. The role is full-time, with a roster including Tuesday - Saturday. Your day-to-day tasks will include;

  • Leading and motivating a team of outdoor enthusiasts
  • Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes and standards
  • Taking responsibility for the store's operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent
  • Ensuring every customer has an enjoyable experience

**Requirements**

You will have strong retail or customer service experience with a solid understanding of retail operations, such as stock control and visual merchandising. You will be passionate about working in a fast-paced sales environment with excellent customer service skills.
