This exciting leadership opportunity is for a seasoned sales professional to take on the challenge of leading a high-performing retail sales team as a Cluster Store Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and mentoring a talented sales team, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Recruit, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance
  • Model excellent sales behavior, including achieving personal sales targets
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Oversee stock management and store operations
  • Implement local marketing campaigns and business networking initiatives

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Willingness to learn new skills and develop current leadership skills
  • Proven experience in running a successful sales team
  • Multi-site sales management experience preferred but not essential
  • Track record of achieving KPIs and targets in a previous organization
  • Customer-centric with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day week on a rotating roster
