Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will be based in Sydney and will involve coordinating multiple project workstreams for the establishment of a greenfield manufacturing site.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of planning, coordinating, and managing multiple project tasks and activities within a high-pressure environment. They will also have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and experience working in manufacturing.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a project-based role, preferably in manufacturing
  • A successful track record of planning, coordinating, and managing multiple project workstreams, tasks, and activities within a high-pressure and time-sensitive work environment
  • A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and engineering/maintenance experience within manufacturing
  • A strong results orientation
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organisation (internally & externally)

In this role, you will work closely with various teams including engineering, maintenance, and operations to ensure timely completion of projects. You will also have a strong commitment to safety and will hold external contractors accountable to meet desired cost, quality, and time constraints.
